Active Media Services (Canada) Inc. ("Active International," "we" or "us") has implemented this Privacy Policy Statement to provide our clients and other visitors (collectively "Users") to this website (www.activeinternational.ca) information regarding the collection, and use of Information (as defined below) you provide to us or is otherwise collected in the course of using this website and any services (the “Active International Services”) accessed through the Website, so that you can make an informed decision about your use of the Website. Active International has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The TRUSTe program does not cover information that may be collected through downloadable software. The TRUSTe program covers only information that is collected through this Web site, http://www.activeinternational.ca/.

Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce.  As part of our participation in the safe harbor, we have agreed to TRUSTe dispute resolution for disputes relating to our compliance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework. If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the Safe Harbor you should first contact us (as provided above). Technical Information We Collect
